Vicki Lynn Smith, 55, of Holly Springs, MS, transitioned on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at her residence. Vicki Lynn Smith was born on June 30, 1969, to George Wilder Lax and the late Mary Hopkins Russell, in Memphis, TN. On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, she went home to be with her Lord and Savior. Vicki accepted Christ at an early age. She was a graduate of Sheffield High School Memphis, TN. She was a Caregiver at Ability Works and was a member of Crosspointe Christian Fellowship in Olive Branch, MS. Vicki loved her babies and grandchildren, cooking, helping others, and Facebooking. Vicki leaves to cherish her memories father: George Wilder Lax (Beverly) of Victoria, MS; son: Robert Joseph Smith of Holly Springs, MS; daughter: Jennifer Roberts (Mark) of Red Banks, MS; one brother: William Lax (Michelle) of Red Banks, MS, two step-brothers: Drew Echols of Cordova, TN and Brian Echols (Sabrina) of Nesbit, MS; two grandchildren: Brooklyn Kadence Smith and Bella Kate Smith, both of Holly Springs, MS; special uncle: Dennis "Peanut" Hopkins of Holly Springs, MS; special aunt: Judy Leopard of Victoria, MS; her dog Dora; two grand dogs: Mya and CoCo, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Vicki was preceded in death by her mother: Mary Hopkins Russell Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 N.
