Rosie was my niece, not by blood but by love. She was a God fearing, God loving, God following, humble lady. She will be sorely missed. We talked about retiring, and she said she was not ready. Obviously, God had other plans for her. Rest on my love. Enjoy your heavenly home.

I went to High School with Rosie, but she graduated with my brother. I worked with her at the Health Department for a while also. A kind and dedicated person. RIP Virtuous Woman.
