John Miccoli Obituary
John was born in Utica, NY the son of the late Dominick and Marie Taurisano Miccoli and was a graduate Proctor high school. He attended college and received a bachelors degree and was employed with the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation for many years retiring at the age 55.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed horse racing especially the Kentucky Derby.
He is survived his brother Richard ( Dick ) Miccoli and his wife Colleen; Also surviving are his nephews Michael Micccoli and Robert Miccoli and his great niece Giovanna Miccoli. He was predeceased by his brother Robert ( Bob) Miccoli, February 14, 2022.
John's Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday April 30,2025 at 12 noon, at Mary, Mother of Our Savior Parish, 2222 Genesee St. Utica, NY where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. There will be an opportunity to greet the family after the service.
Arrangements are under the guidance of John L Matt Funeral Home, Chadwicks, NY.

Growing up in our area was so much fun. And John was part of that. Baseball and Hockey were but a few sports he was apart of. Thanks for being my friend growing up. I am sorry for the family's loss. respectfully, Lou Sirianni
