My deepest sympathy to all of Mark's family. I got to know Mark at UConn where we shared the same floor at Russell D residence hall. Mark was such a super guy and well respected by all. As part of an entomology course I had to collect and identify 50 insect specimens and with the deadline approaching Mark volunteered to hike all around the Storrs campus to help me complete the assignment. In the summer of 1975 Mark and I and two other dorm guys planned to hike Mt. Monadnock in NH. When we got to the trail head a NH game warden advised us that heavy fog made the trail too treacherous to climb. And when we returned to our friends car and it wouldn't start we ended up having to take a bus back to Hartford. Although the trip was a bust Mark helped us keep things in perspective with his jokes and upbeat nature. Whenever I reminisce about my good times at UConn, Mark Dalton will always come to mind. I will keep Mark in my prayers and wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family for their loss.

My condolences to all of Marks Family. He was a high school classmate with me and together we played soccer for several seasons at Glastonbury high school. I don´t recall if I got to see Mark at our 50th reunion last fall. I was hoping to attend his services this past Friday, but unfortunately I was needed up north to help with our grandkids.
So sorry for his passing. As with 57 others in our class, all have passed way too young.
I hope the family and grandkids can have great memories of Mark.
Regards,

Peace be with Mark. His warm (and often mischievous) smile was infectious. My heartfelt condolences to his loving family.
