Doris Johnson Obituary

Doris B. Johnson, 94, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Neshaminy Manor, Warrington. She was the loving wife of 41 years to Edward Johnson, who passed away in 1998. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Pauline (Fischer) Benjamin. Doris worked in insurance and banking for over 30 years. She also loved working with children, and worked for many years at Kinder Care. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Doris is survived by her son, Robert Johnson (wife Dolores), and daughter Karen Wiggins (husband Gordon); grandchildren Josh (wife Amanda), Melissa (husband Dan) and Krystle (husband Benenz); great grandchildren Nicholas, Jaxson, Noah, Charlie, Nathan, Phoebe, Titus, Eden, Solomon, and Benenz; cousin Carl Mayer; and nephew Bruce Benjamin. Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in Doris' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/give.html would be greatly appreciated.
