Bradley Burke Obituary

Bradley (Brad) Baylor Burke passed away on December 24, 2024 with his loving family and friends by his side. Born on August 2, 1959 in Philadelphia, he was the beloved son to the late Robert and Maxine Burke (nee Baylor). Brad grew up in Erdenheim and attended Springfield High School in Montgomery County. He later went on to Penn State University. Brad spent his career in retail working for Clemens Markets, Giant Food, and TJX Companies. His greatest joy in life was his family. He was a devoted husband of 39 years to Nancy (nee Morus), cherished father to Kevin Bradley Burke (Jennifer Petovic), Shane Thomas Burke and Casey Burke Ellis (Derrick), dear uncle, and friend to many. He will be missed deeply by all who loved him, especially his granddog, Pumpkin. As his children grew, Brad enjoyed coaching their various sports teams in East Norriton, St. Titus CYO, and MBA softball. He enjoyed many trips with his family over the years to Walt Disney World. Later, he and Nancy enjoyed traveling, particularly to US National Parks. He was a parishioner of St. Titus and later Visitation BVM, and was an avid Eagles, Phillies and Flyers fan. Above all, he lived for his children and his wife. Relatives and friends are invited to Brad's Life Celebration on Sunday December 29, 2024 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Boyd Horrox Givnish Life Celebration Home of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike. On Monday December 30, 2024, guests are welcomed to Visitation BVM Parish of Norristown, 190 N. Trooper Rd. from 9 am to 10:45 am with his funeral mass to follow at 11 am. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
