Max is survived by his wife, Della Reaves Fitz-Gerald of the home and his sister, Brenda White Jones of Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra and Mary Elizabeth Fitz-Gerald, and his brother, Gregory White.
In lieu of flowers, consider memorials to For The Love of Dogs, 5146 Quaker Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.

I've know Max&Della for many years..neighbors Max was always happy!!! I slept over at his grandmother's and papa's home until Max came over!! His college years...Loved The Family...Boykins and Williams Great Times.!!.praying for the family and Della.
