I worked with Lt. Rodgers with City of Salisbury and @ RCSO. Such a great man, great sense of humor, and great friend.
You will surely be missed.
Go rest high on that mountain!!
Prayers for the family.

I worked with Barry at the Salisbury Police dept and he was an outstanding officer and friend to many. He would always joke and laugh and yes had a quick witt about him that just made your day. Prayers and comfort for all his family.
