Michael Chase Obituary
Michael D. Chase, 76, of North Kingstown, died at home on June 12, 2024. Born in Kansas City, MO, he was a son of the late Frank M. Chase and Dorothy (Smith) Chase.
Michael was a handyman, carpenter, and painter for many years. He also tended bar at Duffys Tavern and worked at the Wickford Package Store. Knowledgeable about many topics, he enjoyed thoughtful conversation with friends and family. He loved spending time at the North Kingstown Public Library.
He leaves his loving daughters, Michelle L. Frazier & her husband Robert of Cary, NC and Genesie C. Morin & her husband Brian
of Richmond, RI. Cherished grandfather of Katharine Frazier, Charlotte Frazier, Nathan Morin, and Mitchell Morin. He was the brother of William Chase of Sebring, FL.
His funeral and burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to the North Kingstown Free Library, 100 Boone St., North Kingstown, RI 02852 will be appreciated.

Michael was a close personal friend. We met in wickford in 1978 at the wickford art festival. He was a loving, kind and generous friend to myself and my daughter. Always supportive and a very special man. He will be missed and will always be remembered with love.

Michael was a close personal friend. I met him in 1978 at the wickford art festival. My daughter and I shared many happy memories and he will forever live on in my heart. He was one of the best friends I ever had. Always kind loving and generous of his time and interest.
