I have fond memories of John. I graduated St. Stan's with hm. My maiden name was Kapuscinski. I remember John smiling, happy and always ready to laugh. He had a contagious laugh and his face always turned red. When we went on our class trip to Riverside, he told me that he never went on a roller coaster. I never did either. We made a pact that we would experience our first ride together. We did and we both out-yelled the other. It was so much fun, a treasured memory of our eighth grade graduation. He was a super guy, very well liked, and very smart. It didn't surprise me to see how accomplished he became. It is wonderful that he also found someone he could share his life with. My sincerest condolences to his husband, John, and to all his family members. Karen (Kapuscinski) Ciosek
