I am saddened to hear of Tim's passing. He was very passionate about his business and life. My prayers go out to his family. I had just seen him at the Virginia Finest Expo and was excited as we had not crossed paths in a decade. He will be missed.

Tim was a long time food industry friend. We shared lots of fun and hard work at the food shows in Virginia, NYC and San Francisco. His company co-packed items for my former business Blue Crab Bay for several years. He was always smiling and loved his family and friends.

When Tim was starting the sauce business, i had the pleasure of working with him in the grocery stores giving out tastings of the few sauces he had at that time. He was so passionate about how you approach people and he drove hard. He was a natural born salesman, an icon of the foodie industry, really. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace knowing he produced beautiful wonderful children.
