Robert Clark Obituary
Robert earned his Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech and his Master's Degree from William and Mary. He had a successful career in education, starting as an Industrial Arts teacher in Norfolk Public Schools and eventually retiring as the Principal of the Adult Learning Center in Virginia Beach Public Schools. Robert enjoyed golfing, skiing, fishing, boating and woodworking. He was a devoted Virginia Tech Hokie fan.
Robert was a member of Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir for many years. A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, 1871 N. Great Neck Rd., Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Francis Asbury United Methodist Church or to The Parkinson's Foundation. Online condolences may be made at hdoliver.com

I am so very sorry to learn of Mr. Clark´s passing, and I find this very difficult to process, as I still can hear his contagious laughter, and can envision that twinkle in his eye.
Mr. Clark,
You were truly the kind of father I wished I had growing up. You were always so kind, loving and supportive of your wife and children, and you were always in a pleasant mood, and any time that I was over, you were always so welcoming. I loved you like a second Dad, and you meant the world to me.Thank you for being such a great role model. Rest in Peace, dear.

We have been friends with Robert and Helen since 1963.( Robert, Helen and Judy were all teachers at Blair JHS.) We have maintained our friendship for 60 years and will miss Robert terribly. I am enclosing a picture from 1985. How young we all look! Our condolences to the entire family.
