Many loving thoughts and prayers for the family at this time of great sorrow. Looking at her photo, I feel like I know her. What a kind, gentle and thoughtful spirit she is. She will be with all of you, always and forever. To all her friends, she will be with you as well, a bright memory in your hearts.

Dear Arlene and the rest of the Franco and Petrucci families, I only know Arlene and never met Nikki or the rest of your families but I cannot imagine the heartache all of you feel. I have experienced loss in my life but not through this type of horror and senselessness. I know Arlene and know that any grandchild of hers would be kind and loving and her loss a loss to the world. Know that I am thinking of you and wishing you peace and love.

I sorry for your loss. I met Nikki when she worked at Carlo's Bakery. She would come into the bagel shop next door where I worked every morning to get some coffee and breakfast. She was very polite and beautiful and I was so happy when she said she was leaving to pursue her dream of being a pastry chef. The world will seriously miss her and her sparkly personality.

Never met you, but I saw your story and my heart broke. As a mother to 7 children, I can't even imagine the pain your family is going through. I pray that God finds a way to give them peace and that they rejoice in their memories of you. RIP Nikki

We can't begin to know how difficult this is for you and your family, but know our hearts go out to you and your family. Nikki was part of our family for almost 2years before she left for school. We shared alot of great times, Nikki added a colorful wave to our family. Nikki is a Beautiful Soul, we will always remember Nikki. May her Beautiful Soul rest in peace. Steve I am so sorry for your loss. We knew each other at such a weird time in our lives. I just want to say that I just cannot imagine what you feel. I now have a four year old.
