Tommy Adams Obituary

Thomas "Tommy" Lee Adams, age 54, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2025 at Christ Hospital. He was born the son of the late Wayne and Janice Thompson Adams on August 3, 1971 in West Union. Tommy believed deeply in the Lord and Bigfoot. If you asked him what his priorities in life were, it was family, food, then fishing. The only thing Tommy loved more than a chocolate donut was spending time with his feral children. He grew up in a loving family in Adams County as the youngest of five. He never lost his child like wonder and that made him the best dad ever. He never met a stranger, his door was always open, and there was always a seat at his table. When people say that home is a person, they were talking about Tommy Adams. Tommy is survived by the loves of his life and children, Ashlee (Devon) Jenkins, Niki Adams, Taylor (Keith) Fife, Halee (Kenny) Brewer, Carlie Adams, and Brady Adams; his pride and joy grandbabies, Zophina Maxwell, Kenne Maxwell, Sullivan Fife, and Calvin Fife; his best friends and siblings, Kim (Dave) O'Bryant, Wayne (Kelly) Adams, Jesse (Kimberly) Adams; and many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Elbert Adams and brother-in-law, Douglas O'Bryant. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Louden Community Church, 2600 St Rt 73, Peebles Ohio 45660 and again on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at Clinton Highland Joint Fire Department, 676 West St, New Vienna Ohio 45159.
