Ryan Andrew Abraham
November 7, 1987 - December 26, 2024
A deeply loved man that impacted an entire nation. Always a Father first to three beautiful sons - Wade, Elijah, and Nolan. Best Friend, Soul Mate, and Husband to Melody. Beloved son to all of his wonderful parents- Barbara and Robert Abraham, Robert Cepko, Jessica And Darrel Carrier. Blessed Godson to Maureen and Jim Coppiellie. Devoted brother to his incredible siblings - Bobby and Jodi, Nick and Jordin, Adam, Karlene and Branden, Ryan and Bella, Hunter, Ben and Kat. The entertaining fun Uncle to Noah, Alayna, Lily, Addy, Zoey, and Luka. Loving Grandson of the late Roy and Lorine, the late William and Jean, Hugh and Delores, Robert and the late Patricia.
The light that beamed when Ryan walked in was almost as indescribable as his infectious laugh and smile. The life of the party, designated and happy volunteer of bringing the smoked meats (and showing them off). A hard worker, wrangling that underground cable, and sending hilarious and questionable videos because he always wanted to share the joy it brought him. Especially during his all night work endeavors. Blue-collar hero, from DTE, Ballors, Garfield and Canal, MJ Electric, Sunbelt, and the short stint at Neuners. To which all resulted in his immense knowledge and impressive custodial-like key ring for all equipment and the phone calls to help run it. A man of many passions- Hunting, Boating, Fishing; he loved booking charters all over Michigan but his favorite were always the Florida charters- the first place he would always try to book a vacation with just him and Melody - or the entire family. But one of his greatest passions- Hockey. Ryan's love for the game heavily influenced his three sons to pursue and also fall in love with that indescribable feeling of your blades and stick on the ice. Ryan even got Nolan fitted for skates before he could walk. He was so ecstatic his sons wanted to play. He could never watch from the stands though- that's how he earned the title of Coach Ryan. From the Metrojets to Big Boy to the Troy Sting. With each team, a bond was made, with the kids and their parents. They all became family. But Ryan didn't stop there. He developed Zero Pucks Given- his Saturday nights, beer guzzling, puck pulverizing, adult hockey team. Living for the fun, sweat, blood, teeth pushed back, hooking, defensive, goal scoring/assisting, and championships.
So much honor is to be held for this iconic Father, Husband/Soulmate/Best Friend, Son, Brother, Grandson, Godson, Nephew, Uncle, Cousin, COACH, role model, gardener, fisherman, hunter, hockey player, defenseman, meat smoker/enthusiast, boater, golfer, handyman, equipment operator, pilot dreaming, underground cable cowboy, designated driver of all big and small, professional air instrumentalist, car and kitchen DJ/Karaoke/MC, best concert buddy, chug master, human jukebox, Florida beach loving, scoop dunker, ball broadcaster, boat babe, Teammate, motorcycle riding, work husband, lawn perfectionist, advisor, forever youngster, power bomber, crabby daddy, Baberaham phone receptionist, Rhino, daddy buckboon, pretty fly for a Ry Guy, fireball shooting, Labatt Loving, school of rock-er, old fashioned, and most importantly- friend to all.
We will all gather from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. funeral service on Sunday, January 5, 2025 to visit and say so long for now to our very loved Ryan at the Wasik Funeral Home - Gendernalik Chapel located at 35259 - 23 Mile Road in New Baltimore.
A Celebration of Ryan will be held in the weekends to follow. Date TBD. Please bring the best memories.

I started working with Ryan about 5 months ago. I was one of the new guys that was lucky to have had the experience of working with him in the underground cable pulling job at DTE. He was always patient with us new guys, full Of knowledge , could make us laugh and taught us a lot. All though my time with him on the job was not nearly long enough, I will not forget him anytime soon. My family will keep him and all his loved ones in our prayers and thoughts . Rest easy Ryan, rest easy!!
