Mike was born November 24, 1959, to Adrian and Delores (Lister) Tennant in Arkansas City, KS. He was reared and educated in Arkansas City.
Mike had a love for fishing, playing pool, road tripping, morel mushroom and arrowhead hunting and was a big Chiefs fan. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and was a member of American Legion Post #18. He worked at Tysons, Dorada and later retired from Creekstone Farms.
Mike had a huge heart for all of those he knew but most of all he cherished his time with family. He will be truly missed.
Mike is survived by his wife Lexie Tennant of Arkansas City, KS; Sister Stephanie Stierwalt of Shidler, OK; Sons Bryan Tennant of Arkansas City, KS and Matthew Horinek of Peckham, OK; Daughters Sadie Rowe of Newkirk, OK, Felicia Eastman of Arkansas City and Addie Tennant of Arkansas City, KS; grandchildren Kyson and Blayne Vap; Trig and Taverli Tennant, Tyke Creekmore; Riley, Peyton, Sydney, and Nora Tennant; Taylen Horinek; Emery, Ava and Hallie Eastman.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents; brother Jackson Tennant and son Dakota Tennant.
Services will be held Tuesday September 23 at Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home & Crematory in Arkansas City, KS at 1:00pm. A graveside will be held at Riverview cemetery following the service.
