Oh mark. This just breaks my heart. You were such an amazing neighbor to me and my family. Always coming outside to chat with kaia and I on the warm summer days we would sit outside on the stairs. Your love of our animals and your own was so heartwarming and sweet. My kitty loved to visit your boys through the window. Who will text me now when he´s outside? You will be missed here on Madelyn Creek. Your smile, always with a hand up to wave. Taking our garbage cans up. One of my favorite memories is when it was thundering and lightening and so windy I thought you might blow away. You didn´t care. You withstood the storm to pick up everyone´s garbage bins that had tumbled in the wind. You were just that kind. Remember the time you set off fireworks for all of us to watch? Probably hundreds of dollars worth.
The silence next door is deafening really. I can´t hear your movies playing and the bass up loud...too many times I asked you to turn it down haha but more often i let you enjoy it because part of me enjoyed it too. The noise reminding me I´m not alone here all day. You were next door. Your helpful, kind and generous spirit will be remembered forever. For everyone who loved mark, you have our deepest condolences.
