Cynthia Ann Brown, age 55, of Springfield, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025 at her home. The family will hold a Celebration of Life service at a later date. Ms. Brown was born September 3, 1970, in Springfield, to the late Ernest Burns, Sr., and Sherry Key Burns Gay. In addition to her father Ms. Brown was preceded in death by her brother, Ernest Burns, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Timmy (Rachel) Gay, and Tyler Gay; daughters, Tifanny Gay and Tabetha Gay; and 12 grandchildren.
