Linda Louise Herman, born on April 1, 1951, in Arnold, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, surrounded by family. She was known for her sweet nature, always thinking of ways to make others feel special and ensuring that everyone around her felt appreciated and loved. Linda's laughter and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Linda enjoyed a fulfilling life filled with family, adventure, and friendships. She was a dedicated mother to her daughters Ashley Rizzuto and Amanda Westervelt, and she adored her son-in-laws Shilo Rizzuto and William Westervelt. Linda found immense joy in her role as a grandmother, spending cherished moments with her granddaughter Lainey Rizzuto and her grandsons Ian, Evan, and Corbin Westervelt, ensuring that she created many special one-on-one experiences with each of them.

She loved reading biographies, watching movies, collecting penguins, and participating in card playing groups. Linda was keen to explore new places and create lasting memories with her family and friends. Her ability to make new friends reflected her warm-heartedness and openness—qualities that endeared her to all.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Herman, who was her soulmate. Their reunion brings a sense of peace to those who remember their enduring love. Also preceded in death by her loving parents, Gurney and Marion Harmon, both of whom left an indelible mark on her life.

A memorial service to honor her life and memory will be held on March 8, 2025, at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home in Cheyenne, Wyoming, starting at 1:00 PM, followed by a reception at 2:00 PM.

While Linda's physical presence will be missed, her love will continue to inspire her family. Her children and grandchildren were, indeed, her proudest accomplishments, and her spirit will forever live on in their hearts.
