Jaheim Ju’Wan Shavers passed away o Friday, March 12, 2021 at the age of 17. He was a native and resident of Gretna, LA. Jaheim was a student at L. W. Higgins High School. He enjoyed rapping, dancing, reading, and spending time with friends. Beloved son of Norma Branch and Willie Shavers; Kenneth Keelen was also a father figure and instrumental in the rearing of Jaheim.  Grandson of  Myrtle Keelen, George Burks, and the late Lillie Branch.  Loving brother of Krystal Branch, Kennisha Brook, Johnny Fields, and Kenneth Zeno. Uncle of Zuriel Branch and Journee Franklin. Godson of Patricia Edwards, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Bishop Patrick Stubbs, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time.
