Jacque passed away peacefully at the age of 72 at the Lutheran Home at Topton.

Born April 9, 1953 in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Jack H. Hohman and the late Ann (Nye) Hohman.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jacob Gibboney; and sister-in-law, Dale A. Hohman.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, S. Chris Baker of York; children, Travis W. Gibboney (Jody) of Glenmore, Heather E. Christy (Glenn) of Boyertown, and step-daughter, Stephanie I. Baker of Doylestown; and grandchildren, Nicole Braunsberg, Macayla Braunsberg (Brandon), Brooke King (Connor), Mason Gibboney, Luke Gibboney, Julianna Christy; and great-grandson, Wesson Trout. She is also survived by brothers, Dr. Jeffrey Hohman of West Chester and Christopher Hohman of Huntingdon.

Jacque was a 1971 graduate of Huntingdon Area High School.

She worked part-time in retail in earlier years and as a church secretary for several years at St. Paul's UCC in Pottstown.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to Josh Groban having attended some of his concerts. She was very talented in numerous hobbies and crafts that included seasonal door pieces and center pieces, decorating homes after the frequent moves and making jewelry. She enjoyed traveling to many of the states. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Huntingdon Memorial Gardens, Raystown Road, RT 26S, Huntingdon, with Pastor Duane Coy officiating. Interment will follow.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Jacqueline A. Baker may be made to the Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
