Frances Hottendorf Obituary

Frances Hottendorf, age 92, loving mother of two children, passed away on September 17, 2021, in Centralia, Washington. She was born October 1, 1928, in Everett, Washington, to Taine and Helene Remick. Frances was the youngest of three siblings. She graduated from Snohomish High School.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Ira Brannon; her second husband, Edward Hottendorf; two older sisters, Anita Counselor and Betty Boyce; her son, John Remick Hottendorf; and her dear grandson, Jesse Taine Weldon. Frances is survived by her two adult children, Cathy Weldon and Steve Hottendorf (Patricia); grandchildren, Tami Shumake, Becca Weldon, Hollie Martinson, Emmett Hottendorf, Steve Colby Hottendorf, Diana Rhodes, Clay Combs, Heidi Hendrickson, April Kalich; 21 great grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Frances loved the Lord and enjoyed spending time with her family. She attended Boistfort Community Church and was involved in church activities, including attending adult Sunday School.
Frances created and led a weekly Bible Study for 13 years. She was also a 4-H leader for several years and tutored at Boistfort Elementary School for many years.
Her family loved her dearly and will miss her greatly.
