Billie Rife Obituary

  Billie Frances Rife, 82, of Pikeville, KY, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her residence.
     Billie was born June 30, 1943, at McAndrews, KY, the daughter of the late Lewis Thomas Hensley and Isabelle King Hensley.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Rife; her two sons, Leondis Rife and Clifton Rife II; one sister, Alice Faye Lowe and brother-in-law, Billy Leslie.  
     Billie was a retired traffic director thru the Brockport, NY police department and was of the Pentecostal faith.  She loved her Lord and Savior.
     Billie is survived by two daughter-in-laws. Lori Rife and Kristine Rife; grandchildren, Michael Allen(Stephanie) Rife, Brittney Rife, Clifton Rife III, Austin Rife and Hunter Rife; two sisters, Dixie Leslie and Linda Hensley (John A.) Reid; nieces, Kim Clevinger and Jessica Cline; great nieces, Tiffany Clevinger, Daphne L. Reid-Manibell; nephews Jonathan (Kiya) Reid and Joseph Reid; one great nephew, Axel J. Reid-Manibell; her special friends, Debbie (Arnold) Thacker, Bonnie (Lonnie) Collins and a host of other family and friends.
     Billie's visitation will be held from 11 - 12 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services beginning at 12 PM.  Burial will follow in the Lowe's Cemetery, Lower Johns Creek, KY, with her family and friends serving as pallbearrs.  R. E.
