Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother,
Sister, and Aunt
Dorothy M. "Dottie" (Lippe) Albert, 75, passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald D. Albert.
Born in Lowell on December 21, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Leo R. and Celestine "Sally" (Gomes) Lippe. She was a graduate of St. Peter's Grammar School and Lowell High School.
Prior to her retirement, Dottie was employed as a secretary, working alongside her husband Ronald at their oil burner service company in southern New Hampshire.
Dorothy and her husband started a band in the early 1970's named "Miste Hayes" in the Lowell area, playing at local clubs, especially at the East End Club. She was a parishioner of St. Peter's Church, prior to moving to New Hampshire. She loved cats, enjoyed, dancing, cribbage, games, cards, and crocheting. She especially liked dining out with her sister Debbie and her brother Thomas. She enjoyed the holidays with her family and friends.
Surviving Dorothy are her son Scott L. Albert of Epsom, NH, with whom she made her home; two sisters, Nancy M. Vermette of Lowell, and Debra L. McDermott of Epsom, NH; two brothers, Thomas J. Lippe of Lowell, and David L. Lippe and his wife Denise (Sylvester) Lippe of Largo, FL; her eight grandchildren, Amanda, Caroline, Tiffany, Felicia, Carmon, Chelsea, David, and Dominic; also 16 great grandchildren; her dear friend, Anna Chaput of Oklahoma, formerly of New Hampshire.
Dorothy was the mother of the late Ronald D. Albert who died October 13, 2019.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND DOTTIE'S FUNERAL COMMITTAL PRAYERS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING at 9 AM IN THE CHAPEL AT THE NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE VETERAN'S CEMETERY, 110 DANIEL WEBSTER HIGHWAY, BOSCAWEN, NH.
