Clarence Pittman Obituary
Clarence William Pittman "Bobby Joe", age 95, passed away November 4, 2025, in Charleston, Mississippi. Clarence was born June 30, 1930, to the late Noel Pittman and Clara Stafford Pittman. He was preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Doris Jones Pittman and son, Jimmy Clarence Pittman.
Clarence was a member of Friendship Church of God, where he enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. He took pride in gardening, keeping the grass mowed and then spending time sitting on his front porch.
He leaves behind a daughter, Beverly Pittman Pierce (Charles) of Meridian, MS; three sons, Tommy J. Pittman (Lisa) of Teasdale, MS, Rodger Pittman of Teasdale, MS, and Ronnie Pittman (Nina) of Enid, MS; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service, in care of Wells Funeral Home, Batesville, MS, will be Friday, November 7, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Marks Cemetery in Marks, MS.
