Billy Joe Agee, born July 21st, 1976, of Rocky Mount, passed away on August 14th, 2025.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Agee; grandfathers, Carter Agee and Terry Law; grandmothers, Betty Agee and Shirley Law; uncles, Matt and Mark Law; and cousin, Amanda Martin.

Surviving are mother Patricia Agee, son John Branch, sister Sherrie Agee, aunts and uncles, Jenny and Courtney Price, Mitzie and Jeff Martin, Denise Law, Aunt Teresa Law, and cousins, Hope, Walker, Dalton, and Stephen Law. Billy had a fondness for cars, whether tinkering on them or driving them way too fast. Due to his fondness for speed, he enjoyed building and racing RC cars. This was a hobby he shared for many years with his Dad, before his passing, and something he also taught his son John. He was a lover of all animals with a particular liking for cats. He even tamed and had a pet raccoon later in life, much to his family's surprise. He was quick to be witty, remembered everybody, and could make you believe anything, true or not. Billy is now safe, at peace, and reunited with loved ones.

The family will have a private Celebration of life at a later time. If you wish to honor Billy's life in lieu of flowers, make a contribution in his name to any local animal society.
