Beverly Gross Obituary

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Beverly J. Gross, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at age 95. Daughter of the late Edward J. and Agnes L. (Bennet) Trankle, Beverly was born April 11, 1930, in Freehold, New Jersey. She was married to the love of her life for 73 years, Donald Edward Gross, on November 29, 1952. He predeceased her October 18, 2019. Beverly loved camping, golfing and had her first hole in one at their condo in Florida. She loved going to the beach and eating seafood.

Surviving to cherish her memory are three daughters, Deborah Jean and John Jaime, Saginaw; Pamela and John Pelkki, Saginaw; Cynthia Nicholson, Idaho Falls, Idaho; eight grandchildren, Sarah and Adam Rehmeier, Melissa Vogel, Christopher Jaime, Adam Jaime, Kristen and Sean Squires, Benjamin and Tanya Pelkki, Lyndsey and Zachary Ley, Jessica and Corbin Wood; 20 great-grandchildren, Maverick, Bronson, Hawkeye, Havannah, Jovina, Alondra, Brynn, Camryn, Logan, Natalie, Carter, Evelyn, Nicholas, Baine, Leo, Lennox, Emerie, Brady, Gracleyn and Logan; many nieces and nephews.

Honoring Beverly's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorials to the Toni and Trish House in Auburn, Michigan.
