Thomas Gill Obituary

Thomas "T" Eugene Gill, born on May 11, 1966, in Bryan, Texas was sent to his eternal home on October 11,2025, in Highlands, Texas, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.

"T", as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

T is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Carmen Gill, and his children, Carlos Molina Jr. and wife Megan, Kimberly Sistos, Heather Pruneda and husband Isaac, and Seth Gill. As well as his cherished grandchildren Gavin, James, Aliana, and Charlie. His loving mother Ruby Edwards, his devoted in-laws Roy and Yolanda "Joanne" Sistos, sister Donna Adcox Rainey, and brother Elvin Boyd Gill Jr "J.R.". His brother-in law Roy Sistos Jr and wife Kristine, and sister-in-law Celia "Vangi" Chavira. As well as many nieces and nephews English, Cheynne, Sierra, Autumn, Joey, Jojo, Josh, Jacob, Michael, Matthew, and Stephanie.

He was preceded in death by his father Elvin Boyd Gill Sr.

He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and mentor.

Thomas loved the outdoors, fishing and camping at Chalk Bluff, where he shared those passions with family and friends. He created treasured memories on trips and ways of connecting with God's creations. He found joy in all of his favorite sports, golfing, football, and baseball. His love for racing reflected his adventurous and free spirit.

Those who knew T will remember him for deep-rooted faith in Jesus, unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone he encountered. He had a rare gift for making others smile, laugh, and feel special. Leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.

A wake will be held from 4pm-8pm on Thursday, Oct. 16,2025, at Sterling-White Funeral Home,11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, Tx 77562. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Faith Family Church, 6500 N Main St. Baytown, Tx 77521 from 10am-12pm and 12-1:00 pm. Then followed with the burial at Sterling- White-Funeral Home at 1:30 pm. Family and friends are invited to join in celebrate and honor Thomas's life with a reception at VFW Hall, 8204 N Main St., Baytown, Tx 77521, at 2:30pm.
