Stockton, California - Richard "Rick" Anthony Cardozo, 72, of Stockton, California, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born on October 8, 1950, in Modesto, to Albert "Tony" A. Cardozo and Pauline "Mimi" Estelle Cardozo. He is survived by his wife, Kay Botiller; his children, Nicole Cardozo-Cordova and Shelby Cardozo; his stepchildren, Kristin Ranuio and Brian Botiller; and his grandchildren.

Ricky was a fun guy to be around, and a trusted friend. I am so glad that Kay was able to take care of him for many years. I will always remember he and Mickey out at Rainbow Fields, and fondly recall the City Slickers golf days.
