DEBBIE ALLISON Obituary

DEBBIE ALLISON Debbie Allison, 72, of Marshall, MO, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Inurnment will follow in Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested Slater Assembly of God and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com Born October 17, 1952, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Scharnhorst and Roberta Sinnett Quick. Debbie lived in Marshall all of her life and was a 1970 graduate of Marshall High School. On November 10, 2001, she married David Allison who survives of the home. Debbie worked for many years as a dispatcher for the Marshall Police Department, and in keeping with her desire to help those in need, she worked as a victim advocate for the Lighthouse Shelter and served on the Center for Human Services board. Debbie was currently attending Slater Assembly of God. In addition to her husband, David; she is survived by two children, Scott Bockstetter (Shelly) of Blue Springs and Robin Christy (Shane) of rural Hardeman; a "daughter in love", Carmen Sisney of Marshall; a stepdaughter, Amber Reyes (Rudy) of Marshall; seven grandchildren: Allie, Madison, Ava, Sophia, Jacob, Caiden and Conner; two great-grandchildren, Paisley and Everly; one sister, Joey Yallaly (Richard) of Richmond; a brother-in-law, Tom Simonin of Blue Springs; one niece, Ashley Williamson; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Ralph Quick; and one sister, Dixie Simonin.
