Jacob Ackerman Obituary

It is with profound sadness that

we announce the sudden passing of Jacob John Ackerman, a vibrant & beloved young man, at the tender age of 22. His life was tragically cut short, but his spirit & the joy he brought to everyone around him will be remembered forever.

Born on Oct. 17th, 2001, Jake was

known for his infectious smile, his

witty humor & boundless energy. From a young age, he had a zest for life that was evident in everything he did. Whether it was playing guitar, gaming, fishing or spending time with loved ones, Jake approached each day with

enthusiasm & positive outlook that was truly inspiring. He was a natural talent in the field of construction. He could learn anything with great ease.

Jake shared a deep & enduring love with his girlfriend, Paige Burgraff, whom he had been with since the 8th grade & loved wholeheartedly. Their

relationship was a beautiful testament to young love & commitment, & they shared many cherished memories together.

He is survived by his parents, Larry Ackerman & Dia Ritchie, five brothers & four sisters: Jason (Monica), Jesse, Lukus, Mark (MJ), William, Trena, Rebecca, Molly, & Maleah.

Though Jake's time with us was far too short, the impact he made on those who knew him was immeasurable. He will be remembered for his kind heart,

his unwavering positivity, & the joy he brought to everyone he met.

A celebration of Jake's life will be held on Aug. 24th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Harrison Park, 3002 W 3rd ST Duluth, where family &friends will gather to honor his memory & share their stories of a life lived with love & laughter.

Jacob, you will be dearly missed &

forever loved. Rest in peace.
