Wichita, Kansas - Robyn DeNé Waller passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022.
She was born on April 30, 1980 in Wichita, Kansas.
Robyn was a loving and devoted mother, family member, and friend. She enjoyed singing karaoke and lending a sympathetic ear. Her smile and infectious laugh will be greatly missed.
Robyn attended Catholic schools and graduated from Wichita East High School in 1998. She then attended Wichita State University and later graduated from Friends University with a BBA in Human Resource Management.
Robyn worked for numerous years in management roles in both operations and human resources. She was a member of the Gamma XI chapter of Alpha Phi sorority and actively involved in the Alpha Phi Foundation. She was also a member of numerous professional organizations. In 2015, she was nominated for Woman of the Year by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
She is preceded in death by her parents Dr. Mary Clark Waller and Judge Gregory L. Waller.
She is survived by daughter Ceslie Parker-Waller; mother Darla Waller; siblings Rickae Strack; Richard Waller; Régan Waller and husband Bret McGuire; De'Marcus McCrary; Ryann Waller and husband Erick Mulondayi; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her community.
A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 4-5 pm at Jackson Mortuary, 1125 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67214.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 (the rosary will be prayed at 10am) at Holy Savior, 3000 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67214.
