Braman, Oklahoma - 67, died in Braman, OK on October 2, 2025. Rick was born in Topeka, KS, on March 8, 1958, to Galen and Juanita (Romine) Slusser. He graduated from Wichita High School South in 1977, before working in aircraft tooling and sheet metal. Rick enjoyed time spent with family, and spending days relaxing and exploring at Blackwell Lake, in Braman, OK. He also loved dancing, casinos, reading, playing cards, and coin collecting. Rick is survived by his parents, Galen and Juanita Slusser; brother, Randy (Linda) Slusser; sisters, Rita (Jim) Pedigo, and Renae Slusser; nephews, Jason (Jessica) Pedigo and Zach (Anne) Slusser; nieces, Jaime (Tyler) Miranda, Jacquelyn (Eric) Johnston, Amber Marshall, Stephanie (Ryan) Kinsler, Haley (Blake) Claeys, and Marin Slusser; and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews. Rick was preceded in death by niece, Melinda Slusser, and great-nephew, Theo Claeys.

I remember flirting with Rick Slusser when I was in high school! He was so cute and sweet. He went to Bishop Carroll for a very short time. I always wondered what became of him. Sorry for your loss.

I didn´t know Galen well. He was at the dance lessons that I started going to at Venue 3130. He was always kind, and had a friendly smile.
