Connie Holland Obituary

Connie Starr Holland, 88, of Pocahontas departed this world on Friday, January 31, 2025. She was born August 29, 1936 in Muscatine, IA to the late Elmo and Pauline Hall Starr. Connie loved music and singing for the Lord. She was a member of Pocahontas First Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo and Pauline Starr; husband, Lloyd Holland; and daughter in law, Jane Holland. Connie is survived by her son, Billy Holland of Jonesboro; daughter, Becky (Steven) Rouyer of Baytown, TX; grandchildren, Aaron (Kristie) Holland of Jonesboro, Heather (Adam) Larson of Jonesboro, and Andrew Rouyer of Baytown, TX; great grandchildren, David August Larson and Holland Jane Larson. The Holland family would like to thank all the caregivers that provided love and support to their mom, grandma, and mammaw. Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition under direction of McNabb Funeral Home. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
