OP was the best boss. He was so compassionate when my husband passed and so happy (& Shirley) when I remarried. I have his video still. Have never forgotten his kindness & direction. Serendipity that I was thinking of him today and found this.

I never met a person with more honor and integrity. His memory will always be with me. He was a tremendous help during a time in my life when momentous career decisions were required. His leadership and friendship were/are so much treasured. He was also a joy to be around. His smile and humor could always be counted on.

Mr. Ditch was always there for me during his busy days and weekends as I tried to develop my baseball skills. He was a good man and his family was a blessing to have as neighbors. My condolences to David, Perry and the remainder of the immediate and extended family.
