I had the distinct honor of first meeting Jim and Jesse James forty six years ago. Jim was a critical part of the program fighting drugs in the Northern Nevada area for many years. Jim spearheaded many cases leading to the seizure and removal of drugs off the street in Nevada. Jim was a friend and great Nevada law enforcement officer. I enjoyed working with him on many criminal investigations. The memories we made will never be forgotten. I am a better person for having such a wonderful friend. May Jim Rest In Peace and May God comfort his family.
