So sorry to hear of Dicks passing. I remember him as an always smiling classmate at Boston School in Peninsula Ohio. He also had a great voice and was in many of our school plays. My condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear this news. The Billings Family was my 2nd Family growing up. I remember always checking out the Flies he made for fishing. He was such a talented and amazing man. Thank you for some of the best memories. God Bless Rest In Piece

Sending my love and deepest sympathies to the Billings family. Richard was such a wonderful man and I was so blessed to be able to meet him and have him become one of my best friends. By coincidence, I met Richard because of his fly fishing shirt, and as he always said, we were so lucky that it brought us together. Richard took me under his wing and taught me everything I know about fly fishing, and I will forever be grateful for that. Not only did he teach me about fly fishing, but he pushed me to be the best version of myself. He always offered words of wisdom that made me see light in the darkest days. I can´t possibly begin to explain how many lives he impacted with his kindness. In loving memory of such a wonderful person. I love you and miss you always.
