Please accept our sincere sympathies for the loss of this great lady. Always an advocate for the arts, her family continues to recognize the value and comfort the arts bring to so many. Thank you for all you have done to support the Arts (both the Fine Arts Assoc and Rock Hill Arts Council.) We are forever grateful.May you Rest in Peace. Sending loving thoughts and prayers for the family.

For all the Kisers I send this memory of Phyllis: When you used to live on Evergreen Circle, I would often walk by with one or several of my five children. If Phyllis was out, she would always stop what she was doing and we'd chat about our lives, the children, or the Arts Council. I enjoyed our talks and her bright, caring personality. She will be missed by a good many people in Rock Hill!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
