For all the Kisers I send this memory of Phyllis: When you used to live on Evergreen Circle, I would often walk by with one or several of my five children. If Phyllis was out, she would always stop what she was doing and we'd chat about our lives, the children, or the Arts Council. I enjoyed our talks and her bright, caring personality. She will be missed by a good many people in Rock Hill!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
