Rock Hill, South Carolina - Joe Louis Neely, 88, of Rock Hill, SC passed away on March 2, 2024, at Atrium Main in Charlotte, NC.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM - 8:00PM on Friday, March 8, 2024, at Parker Funeral Home, 870 Saluda Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
A funeral service honoring Joe's life will take place at 1:00PM on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Big Calvary Baptist Church, 4134 Edgeland Road, Edgemoor, SC 29712.
Parker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

I grew up with his daughters and he worked on my car at Williams Motors. Wonderful mechanic and a friend. RIh my friend. My condolences goes out to the family. I know he'll be fixing on the chariots because that's what he do. And I know he'll be singing on that heavenly hym choir with my dad and Auntie Willie Frances and All that's gone before him. See you on the other side my friend .

We send our condolences to the Neely family in the passing of their father. Joe and the Neely family was our neighbors for many years, he was always quiet but would offer help with anything he could. We know this is a TRYING TIME BC OF RECENT LOSS BUT CONTINUE TO TRUST AND LEAN ON GOD FOR COMFORT AND PEACE .
