George Miller Obituary
George William Miller, 83, of Mayfield, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025, at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield.
He was a member of Northside Baptist Church, and a retired employee of General Tire.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Vaughn-Miller; two daughters, Cindy Price and Carolyn Miller Rust both of Mayfield; two stepdaughters, Tammy Vaughn Harmon of Gallatin, Tennessee, and Julie Vaughn Woodard of Mayfield; one brother, Nolan Wayne Miller, Jr. of Paducah; seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Brenda Dew Miller; and one sister. His parents were Nolan Wayne, Sr. and Orene Bivens Miller.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. Rev. Al Chandler will officiate. Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at the funeral home.
