We met Doug when he first became a Pima County Deputy. And he quickly became family. He was always at our house. Billy , Lonnie, Gina and I loved him very much. We even stood up for him and Linda when they got married. There was even a bet at the office how long that would last. He thought that was funny. He was a very kind man and always willing to help anyone which made him an excellent Police Officer.

Doug (Detective Fiscella, #356, if I remember correctly) was such a wonderful guy to work with! In all the years we worked together, I don´t remember a single time that Doug was not enthusiastic about the job and in a good mood! He was a fine detective, a pleasure to work with, and always fun to be around. My sincerest condolences to his loved ones. Kathleen Brennan, Captain (Retired) PCSD

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. Worked with him at NINA the most amazing job and people. Doug was always smiling in a mischievous way.
