Marianne, Tommy, Mark and families,
I´m glad I got an email today so that I could write a quick message.
You get used to the fact that your mom is not here. But I found I miss my mom everyday. Something comes up and I think "i can´t to tell Mom or Dad".
Your mom and my mom were such great ladies and also such great friends! Those Mercer St days were fun. And so was our reunion! We need to do it again!

Mark, Tommy and Marianne,
I am so sorry about the passing of your mother.
All the Brennan´s loved Mrs. Herbert. We got to know her so well because we were neighbors for such a long time. She was so kind and such a good friend to our family. We had a lot of good times on Mercer Street and the Herberts were like family.
Your mother was such a kind, giving person. We were honored to know her.
Please know how so sorry we are for all of you.
