Beloved sister of Kenneth (Barbara). Dearest aunt of Laura (Andrew) Nemets and David.
Beloved great aunt of Imogen Migliorese, Zachary, Allison and Ryan Nemets.
Dear friend of Elizabeth Escalante. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
Visitation Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 9:00 till 10:00 am at St. Turibius Church. Funeral Mass at 10:00 am and interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.

Dear Migliorese Family,
The Back of the Yards and 48th & Marshfield
brought us together with the Migliorese Family
in the 1950s & 1960s--and cemented a lifelong friendship.
And, I particularly have Joan to thank for my first summer job at her place of employment--
the Illinois Institute of Technology. For two summers she drove me to work with her & showed only kindness & generosity to a "teen"
14 years her junior...
Tho time, distance & life circumstances intervened, it can't diminish the impact Joan had on my life.
I pray that God will grant her brother--Ken,
his wife --Barb & their beautiful family much comfort in their memories of wonder times shared with Joan...
