TIMOTHY STUENKEL Obituary

AURORA - Timothy H. Stuenkel, age 44, a resident of Aurora, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Tim is survived by his loving family: sisters, Julie (Dwayne) Michaels and Jill (Tom) Rieman; nieces and nephews, Brett Michaels, Justin (Trisha) Michaels and Amanda Rieman; aunts and uncles, Arlene (late Dick) Dahlman, Debbie (Mike) LaComb, Brandy (late Larry) Stuenkel, Bob (Bonnie) Butzer and the late Elaine (Butch) Scharnhorst. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Janet (Butzer) Stuenkel. Tim was a Global Communications Marketing Manager at Spraying Systems (TeeJet Technologies). He received his MBA from Northern Illinois University, graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Mechanics and attended Rich South High School. He was a member of the Cook County Farm Bureau, serving on the Board of Directors and involved with many of their committees and events. He was also a 5th generation farmer, raising corn and soybeans on the Stuenkel farm in Matteson, IL. Tim had the opportunity to travel to many different countries through work and ag related events. Tim was patriotic, proudly waving an American flag on all of his tractors. He enjoyed attending Illini basketball games, watching old TV shows and Family Feud reruns. He was an avid reader of non-fiction and collected toy tractors. He had a clever and dry sense of humor, making his friends and family laugh often. He was a kind, caring and respected person that others wanted to be around. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 3:00 PM until time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM.
