Bruce Gilmore Obituary

Bruce Maurice "Brucie" Gilmore Sr., 52, of Kingston NY, passed away Sunday September 24, 2023. He was born on December 7, 1971 in Chicago , IL and raised in Kingston NY the son of the late Lonnie Alexander and Frances Gilmore Alexander (Adopted Parents) & Dolores Dotson(Biological Mother). Bruce worked as a deli clerk at Hannaford's in Kingston NY and did security at Ketcham High School in Wappingers Falls, NY for many years. He loved hanging with his friends and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Missy Banks & their children, Bruce Gilmore Jr., Justin Gilmore, Alyssa Gilmore, Cody Gilmore, Austin Gilmore, Sierra Gilmore in addition his two other youngest daughters Eternity Gilmore & Kai'lyanna Cherry and his step children, Ashley Skinnider, Jerri Brooks, Delyla Monroe and Jayda-Bridge Monroe and inherited many extra children along the way. His grandchildren Kaimeer Meeks, Jazaraye Meeks, Jahmir Gilmore, Annaleigh Owens, Jazelle Gilmore, Jayceon Gilmore, Azaria Gilmore, Sebastian Blades, Nasir Kemp, Kyari Blades, Javian Gilmore and another on the way and predeceased by his grandson Kai'Dence Lorne. He is survived by his siblings, Jerome Gilmore, Jimmy Gilmore, Marie Gilmore and Eddie T. Gilmore as well as many nieces and nephews. In which his nephew Jevon Foster he was given the privilege of raising him as his own. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his siblings, Christine Gilmore and Enis Gilmore and niece Autumn Gilmore. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V.
