PATSY LEAH COLE
July 29, 1938 ˜ December 21, 2023

Patsy Leah Cole, 85, of Vancouver passed into heaven on Dec. 21, 2023, due to complications from a fall. She is now in the arms of Jesus and with her loved ones who have gone on before her.
Patsy was known for her big heart of love and even bigger hugs. She loved making people laugh and her smile was contagious. She enjoyed playing Bingo and won. She and her husband would fish off the jetty in Long Beach. She would catch the first, the biggest and the most fish. They would travel to Arizona in the winters but she would want to come home because she missed her children and grandchildren. Her family meant the world to her. She had nicknames for her grandchildren. Patsy was a devoted and wonderful wife, excellent cook and housekeeper.The best mom ever and most awesome grandma and great-grandma.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Donald; son, Toby and his wife Kathy; seven grandchildren: Jason (Angel Boy) and his wife Mandy, Alex (Monkey Boy), Joshua (Tank), Brandon (Bubba), Katie (Katybug), Bryon (BryDee), and Jaci (Jake); sister, Geraldine McKee. She had nine great-grandchildren, Anthony, Jocelyn, Gavin, Elijah, Noah, Shiloh, Aiden, Olen and Marshall.
She was preceded in death by sons, James Scott and William Curtis; daughter-in-law, Sandra Ruth; her parents, and brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held at the Ridgefield Church of the Nazarene, 747 Pioneer, Ridgefield, WA 98642, Saturday, Jan. 6, at 11 a.m. Potluck reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ray Hickey Hospice House, Vancouver.
