We are very sorry for your loss. Death is often sudden. We are praying for your family during this time of grief, pain and sorrow. May God comfort you during this dark time.
I did not know Melissa well but we have been neighbors for several years. We did not regularly talk but I saw her daily picking up her kids at the bus stop every afternoon and spending time outside with family and friends. She was a very helpful neighbor. One memory I have of Melissa is when our dog died underneath our house giving birth to puppies, she and her husband came and got the dog out for us and helped the kids and I bury her. Another memory is when there was a huge tree down across our road after a storm, Melissa and her husband moved it so it was not blocking eveveryone's path to their home. I wish I had gotten to know her better but I'm always busy with my children in sports and me in nursing school. Her kids play with my kids at times in our yard and have fun on the trampoline.
RIP Melissa. Continued prayers for the family during the dark days and months ahead and the heart ache left in your heart and life. May you find comfort in the Lord and in each other.
Sincerely,
The Stringer family ~
