Blaise Marsh Obituary

Our beloved son, brother, and friend, Blaise Anderson Marsh, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 23, on February 3, 2025. Blaise was a man whose heart was as vast as his love for life. Born on July 20, 2001, in Lawton, Oklahoma, he and his family moved to Clarksville in 2012. From a young age, Blaise showed an extraordinary love for his God, Jehovah, and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on April 2, 2011. His faith was a guiding force throughout his life. He faithfully fulfilled all his assignments by serving his congregation as an attendant, and assisting in audio/video, microphones, and stage. Blaise loved life with a passion and had a smile that was both contagious and genuine. He had such a unique ability to brighten the lives of everyone around him and bring a smile to their face. He cherished connecting with people and built relationships with people so deeply that they became his family. No one ever felt like a "third wheel" when Blaise was around; he brought comfort and joy wherever he went. Whether traveling the world-from Ecuador and Puerto Rico to Japan-or exploring his own backyard in Tennessee, Blaise embraced every experience with an open heart. His love for people was abundantly evident when it came to his generosity, never turning away or saying no to anyone in need and always finding a way to help. Blaise had a special love for working with his hands. As a young man he started his own successful business in interior car restoration. This work gave him immense satisfaction and allowed him to share his creativity and craftsmanship with others. Blaise is preceded in death by his grandmother, Jolene Miller. He is survived by his loving parents, Wendy and Brian Marsh; brothers, Damian Marsh and Cody (Joy) Marsh; nieces and nephew: Laeci, Gunner, and Hazel Marsh; grandparents: Michael (Barbara) Marsh, Raymond Jolin, and Vivian Jolin. Blaise is also deeply loved by his aunts: Amanda VanderVeen, Shannon Jolin, and Sarah (Jeff) Keith and his great uncle, Randy Johnson. He is also survived by a wide circle of family, friends, and friends who became family, whose lives he touched with his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. Blaise was known for his infectious laughter, his generous spirit, and his kind heart. His family and friends will remember him for his unwavering loyalty, his zest for life, and his natural ability to make everyone around him feel special. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. We know this is not goodbye, but this is see you later. Please visit Blaise's tribute wall and share a memory with the family.

Late December last year we had Blaise and a few other friends over to our house for an all day gaming & hanging session. At the end of the night we went around the table to share our favorite things about each other - things we appreciate! Almost everyone said the same thing about Blaise, how much we have seen him grow over the years into a really great friend and brother in the congregation. We said how we appreciate his very happy laugh and presence, and how he made others feel. He gave each of us compliments on our strengths as well which is something I´ll cherish deeply until I see him again. I´m very grateful for this moment with Blaise & our other friends, as painful as it is to remember right now.

I remember Blaise coming over to visit for a gathering and the friendliness of his huge smile. Seeing his smile at assemblies was encouraging to such a young brother who loved Jehovah. We all shall see Blaise soon. < sis. Kelly >

We´ve never had the pleasure of meeting Blaise, but our son, Sawyer, knew him. He liked him very much and he hurts over the loss. We can´t imagine the pain the family is going through. We´ve been praying that Jehovah comfort them during this very sad time. We´re so thankful that everyone will see Blaise again very soon and we can´t wait to meet him.

I´ve known Blaise since he was little and I hardly remember a time I saw him without a big smile on his face. And it always made me smile too. The last time I spoke with him I told him I wanted him to go to Land Between The Lakes with me and my husband sometime to enjoy a hike. We never got to sadly. But I look forward to getting that chance in the future. I´m so sorry for the pain his family is going through. Our hearts are broken for you.
