of Albany, NY Went to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 23, 2024. Dear father of Jewel (nee Bly) (Todd) Dolin. Loving grandfather of Ethan and Hunter. Beloved son of Marie Schrimpsher and the late Donald D. Robinson. Brother of Donald II (Julie) Robinson, David (Susheela) Robinson, James Robinson, Donna (late Charles) Naughton, Debra (Richard) Bailey, Cheryl (John) Cranford, Linda (late James) Morton,Susan (CJ) Turner, Dawn (late Michael) Meredith. Jimmy, Danny, Anthony, Marsha, Bridget Naples and the late William Robinson. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Friends may call Monday April 1st 3-7 at the LESTER H. WEDEKINDT, INC. FUNERAL HOME 3290 Delaware Ave. where Military Honors and Funeral Services will be held at 6:30 pm. Mr. Robinson was a US Marine Veteran. Interment will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the Bath National Cemetery Bath, NY. Friends invited. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. I remember the 18 year old Joe who loved to play the guitar and sing. A proud Marine. A hard worker. A father who loved his daughter Jewel and his grandsons. He was a kind friend to my family. My memories are many. I cry and smile and leave it all in Jesus capable hands as we mourn. Blessings to all

Hey brother. Can't believe we lost you to this dreadful disease. You were someone we all looked up to for such a long time. Those early mornings playing board games, smoking stogies and sharing stories, are memories we hold close to our hearts. Working on cars and talking race cars, as we were coming up through the years, was priceless to all of us. When it hit the fan, you had our backs. As a family, we went through hell and back. We love you bro ! God Bless your memory. We will never forget.
