Dianne was a good friend of mine. We were colleagues in the middle school at Ruamrudee International School (R. I. S.) in Bangkok, Thailand. She was sweet and kind; always affirming and had a beautiful heart. I treasure her little notes for me whenever we had collaborative works together. And while teaching with her in the 90s in Bangkok, she invited me over to her home with Neil, several times, for fun nights of wine and laughter. I surely miss her even now, and it is already 2022.
I left Thailand in 1999 and that was the last time I saw her although we had kept in touch via email. I never stop thinking of Dianne because of her kindness. I constantly pray for her peace. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She loved to wear her hair in the French braid style. She would even style my hair that way whenever she felt like doing it. Dianne was always elegant and had a great sense of style. I wish she were still here on earth for she gave a lot of love and joy to a multitude of people both old and new, young and old. Miss you, missy. You are just one, unique and incomparable lady.

Miss Dianne was my 7th grade teacher. I remember her as one of the few who took an effort to connect with me and give me comfort when I was homesick as an American kid living in Thailand. Very sad to know she's gone way too soon. Rest in peace.

Neil and Children - Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. We remember going with Dianne to get $5 dollar 2 hour massages in Sammakorn in Bangkok. Wonderful get togethers at your home and special time teaching together while at RIS. As a teacher Dianne has woven her work into many students around the world!

I just met Dianne and her family last summer when they came to Lake Guntersville to visit Kelly. I loved hearing her story about how her and Neil met. Beth and Andrew are precious and have been truly blessed because of her love and devotion to them. I admired her for this dedication and the fact that she was away from her family in Birmingham. I was able to visit with her briefly on her last visit to Lake Guntersville and knew that she was really feeling bad and the time was drawing near. I didn't say much except gave her a smile. Even though I didn't know her well, I will miss seeing her again. My heart goes out to all her family because I know she will be deeply missed.

I met Dianne thru a dear friend Kelly Singer last Summer as she and her husband visited us at our lakehouse. She was extremely kind and loving and has two beautiful children. I had the prividege to see Dianne again this year as she revisted us at the lakehouse once again. She will be truly missed as it was a extreme pleasure to spend some quality time enjoying life with her and her family. I will keep her and her family in my prayers.

Dear Martha, Trog, Neil and Children, Even though I only knew Dianne through Martha whom I met at Canaan, I am aware of how precious she was to all of you. I send my sincerest condolences in your loss and shall keep all of you in my prayers. Psalm 30:5 reads that "Weeping may endure for a night. But joy comes in the morning."
May God bless and keep all of you in his loving care. Love,
Norma Guy

Martha, Trog, Neal, Beth and Andrew, my heart is crushed with the loss of your beautiful Dianne. I only saw her one time, but after knowing her Mother and Daddy and hearing all the wonderful things they said about her, I knew she was a very precious and loving person. She had to be, with parents like Martha and Trog. I know they loved her and her little family with all their hearts. She will surely be missed forever, but just remember, you know where she is today and she is a beautiful angel watching over her sweet Mother and Daddy and her little family.
Love and prayers,
Norma Guy

Di was my cousin, but like a sister to me. She helped me through some hard times in my life and always was there for me giving me encouragement! I always looked up to her! She will be greatly missed by all. She was well loved by EVERYONE!!!! Now she is in heaven with our Mama Grace and I know they are both looking out for me!
Motma and Trog need our prayers and for God to comfort them somehow like he says he will.
Our family will not be the same without Dianne! We all loved her so much.

Dear Martha and Trog:
Even though Larry and I had never met Diane in person, we felt like we knew her through our friendship with Martha and our connection at Canaan Baptist Church. Our children are one of God's riches blessings and for one to preceed you in death is especially sad and heart breaking. Just know that we will continue to remember all of you in our prayers...this includes Neal, Beth and Andrew as well.
With Christian love,
Larry and Linda
